Sweet Lassi

Lassi is the most popular drink of the people of Punjab and Pakistan. Lassi is usually made in two ways either sweet or salty, but you can always add flavors to it like mango or Strawberry. I recommend a single mango fruit :) on a summer, it is only natural and healthy drink to douse one's thirst with a full glass of Lassi.                     What do you Need? 1 cup of yogurt/curd 1/2 cup of Mango(peel the skin)/Strawberry(riped well) 1/4 cup of water 10 pieces of ice cubes 6 teaspoons of sugar salt; a pinch Roll 'n Enjoy Blend all the ingredients at high speed till frothy. Makes two to three glasses of Lassi. Garnish with two mint leaves and enjoy the flavour.

Tomato Soup

Tomoto soup is very colourful,rich taste,also GforH(Good 4 Health).It removes the toxins in the blood vessels,acts as a good Skin toner,gives more energy.Lets see how to make this easy and ofcourse a healthy soup.                  What do You Need..Ready? 2 large sized Tomatoes (remove the skin; pound and filter it) 1 tbsp. onion; minced 2 cups milk (boiled as thick) 1 tbsp. butter 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt Start,Action,Camera Heat the sauce pan, melt the butter, add the finely minced onion and fry it in a low flame. Add boiled thick milk, don’t allow boiling, cook it in the low flame Add baking soda, salt, tomato juice, and pepper.Heat again, but do not boil. Serve it with hot and enjoy !!!

Bhel Poori

Bhel Poori is one of the versions of North Indian Chat.It is very easy and fast to make it for Evening Tiffin.Bhel poori chat is sharpened with natural ingredients flavours and colours that attract the kids to taste it. Ready...? 2 cups puffed rice 1 cup cooked chickpeas 2 cups sev 2 medium potatoes;cooked,peeled and cubed 1 small onion;finely chopped 1 cup crushed potato chips 1 cup roasted peanuts(salted) 1 tbsp. tomato sauce 10 pieces semi ripe mango;finely chopped 1/2 tsp. salt or to taste Chutney for garnishing Corriander/Parsley chutney tamirand chutney                             Start,Action,Camera Mix the puffed rice, chickpeas, potatoes, onions and peanuts. Add tomato sauce, mix well and then sprinkle salt and the sev/potato chips. The mixture must be made immediately before serving, or the puffed rice will turn soggy.
