Easy Shrimp Tacos

Shrimp Tacos Tasty seafood tacos are all the rage, and since you can buy peeled and deveined shrimp either fresh or frozen, these are super-easy to prepare.    What do you need...Ready ½ cup fat-free sour cream 2 tablespoons snipped fresh cilantro 1 teaspoon canola or corn oil 13 to 14 ounces peeled raw shrimp, rinsed and patted dry ½ teaspoon chili powder ½ teaspoon ground cumin 2 medium garlic cloves, minced 8 6-inch corn tortillas 2 cups shredded lettuce, such as romaine or iceberg 1 small tomato, diced 2 tablespoons sliced black olives Visual Recipe                                                          Start,Camera,Action     In a small bowl, stir together the sour cream and cilantro. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat, swirling to coat the bottom. Add the shrimp to the pan. Sprinkle the chili powder and cumin on the shrimp. Sprinkle with the garlic. Cook for 3 to 4 minute

ARAMEL CUSTARD The Caramel Custard is a very simple and easy to make with less ingredients.This is my favourite pudding and I oftenly prepare at my home.you jst come inside my houzz and álso to make(how !!! ) What do you need.... Milk - 500ml Sugar - 1 tsp for caramel, 1/4 Cup for pudding. Honey - 2 tsp Butter - 1 tsp vanilla essence - 1tsp Start,Action,Camera Make a caramel syrup: Melt sugar in a pan, once you achieve that golden brown color, add a little bit of water and stir well. Caramel Syrup is ready for use. 1.Take a pan, Add butter/water and sugar & stir till the sugar is caramelized. 2.Add the milk into it and keep stirring till the caramel dissolves. 3.Once it starts thickening add sugar and Essence and stir till you achieve that custard form. 5.Pour the prepared caramel syrup and spread over the bowl. 6.now pour the whisked custard on the custard syrup and leave it to cool for a while. 7.keep it in the fridge to set and wait for about 2-3 ho

Roti Jala Net Bread(Malaysian Pancakes)

Roti Jala Net Bread(Malaysian Lacy Pancakes) What do you need …. Ready 1. 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour (1/2 lb) 2. 1 1/2 cup low fat milk 3. 1/2 cup water 4. 1 egg 5. 1/2 teaspoon salt 6. 3/4 teaspoon turmeric powder 7. 1/2 tablespoon oil Ghee or butter (to grease the pan)                  Start, Camera, Action Put through a sieve the flour and keep it separately. Mix up all the ingredients (without oil) well in a big bowl and then strain the batter. Add in 1/2 tablespoon of oil and set aside. Heat up a pan with medium heat and grease it with some butter or ghee. Pour some batter into the mold and transfer the mold to the pan. As the batter flows through the holes of the mold, make circular rounds around the pan to form the netted patterns. (Refer to the video above.)
