Kadai Mushroom Recipe|Step by Step Making Pictures

Hai Bloggies,Today I have tried a Mushroom kadai at Home and it comes very well.I used a exact amount of the ingredients(my mom's recipe) as given as a part below with my making steps photo.                             THE MAKING PART 1 cup Mushrooms(Baby/Button mushroom);wash well;sliced 1 large Onion;finely chopped 2 large Tomatoes;finely chopped 2 Green chillies;finely chopped 2 tab.spoon Butter 1 tsp cooking oil 2 cinnomon stick 2 cardomom 1 bay leaf 1/2 tsp All spices Powder 1/4 tsp. Easy Peas Rice/Peas Pulao

                               THE MAKING PART 1 cup cooked rice(Basmathi) 1 tsp. salt or to taste 5 No Green chillies;Sliced in lenghtwise 3 springs Cilantro/coriander leaves;finely chopped 1 tbsp. oil 2 tabsp.ghee 1 Onion;finely chopped 1/2 cup Fresh Peas/pod 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds 1 tsp. salt or to taste POUND/GRIND 2 no.garlic;mice it well   START,ACTION,CAMERA   Cook the Rice   :Take 1 cup of Basmathi Rice,wash twice with cold water,soak in a water at least for 10 minutes,half cook it and transfer it in a bowl,so that each rice should be separated. Heat oil+ghee in a heavy bottomed saucepan and fry the cumin seeds,minced garlic for a minute,add the onion,green chillies and fresh peas,salt statue for five minutes in a medium flame. Now add the cooked rice,add the freshly chopped cilantro leaves,cover with the lid and cook on medium low heat for 5-6 minutes. Chicken Tikka
