Mexican Salad

The Mexican Cuisine is more identical with spicy, hot and tangy!.This recipe is good treat for vegan lovers. Chicken Rendang

Chicken Rendang is one of the popular and easiest Malaysian Recipe. What do You Need....Ready? 1/2 kg Chicken;chopped ,cleaned 2 cups thick coconut milk salt to taste Grind 10 or more dried red chillies(soak in water) 3 lemon grass (use the white part only)(serai) 1/2 in fresh turmeric(kunyit basah) 5 nips garlic 1-1/2 " ginger 4 large bombay onions or 15 shallots 2cm galangal(lengkuas) 1/2 tsp cumin seeds Visual Recipe                     Start,Camera,Action Heat the oil in a pan. Stir fry the pounded ingredients until fragrant. Add in the coconut milk and let it simmer gently. Half way, add the chicken and cook until required thickness or dried. serve hot with cooked rice,Roti.

Broccoli Cheese Soup

Broccoli is high in vitamins C, K, and A, as well as dietary fiber; it also contains multiple nutrients with potent anti-cancer properties, such as diindolylmethane and small amounts of selenium. The broccoli is a tasty and importantly medicine to imporve immune response system with anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-cancer activity.  Broccoli consumption has also been shown to be beneficial in the prevention of heart disease. What do you need…Ready? 4 chicken cubes 4 cups water 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 (10 to 12 ounce) box chopped broccoli 1 1/2 cups raw potatoes, diced 1 small onion, chopped 1 pound goat cheese Start,Camera,Action 1. Boil 4 cups of water and dissolve chicken cubes in it. 2. Add the vegetables and cook over low heat until potatoes are soft. Egg Rolls

Egg Roll has variety of versions.Today I have tried with variety of chinese recipes.I have seen in the popular Chinese cookbook. What do you want,Ready? 1 lb. Chinese cabbage (Napa) 2 stalks celery 1/2 lb. cooked shrimp 1/2 lb. cooked pork or chicken livers 10 water chestnuts 1/3 cup bamboo shoots 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. sugar Liberal dash pepper 1/2 tsp. light soy sauce 1/4 tsp. sesame oil 1 beaten egg 10 egg roll skins 3 cups oil                 Start,Camera,Action Boil cabbage and celery until very tender. Drain and squeeze out excess water. Shred very fine and set aside to drain further. Parboil shrimp and fry or bake pork. Mince both. Shred water chestnuts and bamboo shoots. Mix all ingredients but egg together. Beat egg. Wrap filling in egg roll skins and seal with egg. COOKING  Heat oil in wok or deep fat fryer to 375 degrees and drop in egg Rolls.
