Paneer Mutter Masala

What do you Need?...Ready?

2 Onions;peeled;Chopped
Mutter(fresh Green peas)- 1 cup
2 Tomatoes;sliced finely
5 Curry Leaves
100 g Paneer(Indian Cottage Cheese);cut small cubes
2 pieces Garlic;minced
1/2 inch ginger;minced
1 tsp Chilly Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
Salt;To taste
a pinch Sugar
1 tsp Fresh Cream
Corriander Leaves;to garnish

Chop all the Ingredients

Heat the Pan,add some oil,fry the onion and tomatoes after it comes to golden brown color,allow it to cool for some time and grind it well.

Once again heat the Pan,add some oil,add all the spices curry leaves and the add Pneer cubes and mutter (peas) fry well.

Add the chilly powder,grinded mixture,Spice powder,salt,sugar.

Add some water to cook and the pan with lid.

Allow it to simmer,Add some fresh cream,Corriander Leaves to Garnish.

Serve it with Roti and Chapathi,Naan and Enjoy !!!
