This is my Own Style of Chinese Fried Rice,tried lots of time at my home.I think You also love this colourful,also very tasty rice.
Collect Your Ingredients
2 cups cooked rice;cook like each rice grain's should be seperated
1 bunch spring onion; finely sliced
100 grams carrots; finely chopped
1 Green Bell pepper(capsicum);slice like a small cubes
1 celery stick;finely chopped
50 gms French Beans; finely chopped
½ cup Green Peas; semi cooked
½ cup small shrimp;stir fried
1 tsp soya sauce
1\2 tsp ajinomoto powder
2 tsp Cooking oil
1 tsp ghee
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste

2 Green chillies; finely chopped; soaked in vinegar
2 tsp Thai Chilli sauce(serve)

1. Heat the 1tsp cooking oil in a skillet, break the eggs add salt,pepper,fry well and keep it aside.
2.Add a 1tsp cooking oil + Ghee in a skillet, add slightly stir fry the cooked rice and keep it aside.
3.Now Heat the remaining oil,add the chopped vegetables, fried
shrimp,peas,green bell pepper, ajinmoto powder, salt, sugar, add chopped spring onion atlast.
4. Stir fry on a high flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
5. Add the rice, soya sauce, fried egg. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
6. Serve hot with chillies in vinegar and chilli sauce.
