This is the version of Chinese style of Garlic Chicken wings,Malaysian's and chinese Favourite snak.
Collect the Ingredients
5 Chicken Wings;with skin
Cooking Oil for frying
2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste
2 tbsp All purpose Flour (Maida)
2 tbsp Corn flour
2 Eggs (finely beaten)
1/4 tsp Pepper / Chili Powder
A pinch of sugar
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Soya Sauce

VISUAL RECIPE
In a bowl add Soya sauce, ginger-garlic paste, sugar.
Coat the mixed ingredients on the chicken wings and keep it aside atleast for 1/2 hour.
In a Bowl,Make a smooth batter by adding corn flour, all purpose flour, salt, pepper and beated eggs.
Heat oil in a wok / kadhai.
Dip each wing in the batter and coat evenly and deep fry the chicken wings till golden brown.
Serve the fried chicken wings hot with the slices of Chilli Sauce, onions and lemon wedges.
