Egg Vindaloo

Egg Vindaloo is one of the famous Indian traditional Recipes.This recipe is made by boiled eggs in a spicy,but tasty gravy.

                    Egg Vindaloo
         

What do you Need?
5 Boiled eggs
2 Onions;finely chopped
4 Dried Red chilies
4 pods Garlic
1’’Ginger
½ tsp Cumin seeds
1 Cinnamon
1 tsp Garam masala powder
¾ Vinegar / 1 lime Juice
1 tsp Sugar
2 ½ tsp Ghee.
Salt to taste

Grind        

Pound the required amount of Red chilies, garlic, ginger and cumin seeds with a little vinegar. Add some salt.

Start,Action,Camera

1. Heat the ghee in a sauce pan, fry the chopped onions, then add the ground paste and cinnamon to it.
2. Then add sugar, vinegar and garam masala powder.
3. Remove the egg skin, cut them into halves, lengthwise and add to the curry.
4. Reduce the gas flame, wait until the gravy thickens.
5. Serve it with rice,Chapathi,Roti,Naan.
