1 cup instant nonfat dry milk Powder
1/4 cup all.purpose flour(maida)
1 pinch baking soda
5 tablespoons ghee;melted
5 tablespoons milk;knead a dough
11/2 cup sugar;making a syrup
3 cup water;for both syrup amking and for flour
5 cardamom pods
cooking oil(for frying the balls)
1 tsp vanilla essence

- Take the bowl, add the milk powder, all purpose flour, baking soda and ghee, rub the mixture firmly. Now pour the milk as mentioned above into the mix,blend it for 5minutes.
- Roll the dough smoothly and make small balls.
- Preparation of Sugar Syrup : In a pan,add the sugar and 3 cups of water for half an hour under low medium temperature to make a slight stringy sugar syrup.
- Take the small pan,add the 5 table spoons of ghee and 2 tables spoon of cooking oil,Heat the oil in the medium flam,fry the small balls until they change into golden brown color.
- Now Once again reheat the sugar syrup,add all the fried balls into it slowly,add the cardomom seed,simmer it for 15 minutes.
- Turn off the heat,when the balls absorb the syrup,remove the balls with slotted spoon.Stir the essence into the sugar syrup,pour it over the balls.
- Serve Hot / Cold.
