Vermicelli Upma is a kind of rice variety mixed with vegetables which gives also the tasty and Healthy Breakfast.This dish is very simple and quick to make like Rava Upma.

1 cup Vermicelli/semiya
1/2 Onion;finely chopped
2 Green Chilli;finely chopped
1 tomato;finely chopped
1/2 tsp. Ginger;finely chopped
Coriander leaves - to garnish

2 cups Water
3-5 tsp.cooking Oil/Refined Oil
3 tsp Ghee1/2 Onion;finely chopped
2 Green Chilli;finely chopped
1 tomato;finely chopped
1/2 tsp. Ginger;finely chopped
1/2 cup Mixed Vegetables; finely chopped carrot, fresh green peas, beans)
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder Seasoning
1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds 1/4 tsp Urud Dal - 1/2 tsp
few curry leaves Coriander leaves - to garnish
Lime juice from 1 small lime

- Take the cook pan,add 1 tsp. of ghee,1 tsp of oil,add the Vermicelli fry on a low flame till it turns light golden brown and transfer them it into the bowl. This step is very important.
- Take the cook pan,heat the 3 tsp of oil,fry the seasoning ingredients wait till mustard seeds popsout.then add garlic,onion,tomates,fry for 2 minutes.
- Now add all the vegetables,turmeric powder,salt,cook the vegetables till it turn soft.
- Now pour the water,bring it to rolling boil.
- Now Pour the fried vermicelli gradually and stir continuously.add some salt if you want.
- Reduce the flame to dry out the water completely.add some ghee and oil and blend them well to get fine aroma and texture.
- Garnish it with corriander leaves and Serve it with hot.
