Badam Halwa is one of the most delectable, Mouth-watering, affluent, luxurious and slaver worthy Indian sweet. You can easily get sweet-talk your guest/Friends and after tasting this sweet, they won’t compliment you in words, they can only do by expressing like "mmmmm" Yummy.
THE MAKING PART
1 C Badam Nuts(Almond)
1 C Ghee
2 C Sugar
3 C Milk
A pinch Yellow Food color
few Saffron strands
POUND/GRIND
Soak badam in warm water for 3 hours. Peal the skin and grind it in grinder mixie into a paste(don’t grind like a more smooth) by adding little milk to it.

Take a Non stick pan/heavy bottomed vessel, add the grounded badam paste, the remaining milk and sugar.
Reduce the flame as medium, keep stirring the mixture till it turns slightly thick consistency.
After it turns like idly batter consistency, add the food color and ghee and blend it firmly for two mins.
Now switch off the flame and let it cool.
Don’t get panic if the texture is lose, after cooling down, it will automatically thick.
Garnish with chopped badam nuts and saffron threads.
