I was surprise to taste the home made rasberry and mango smothee,Healthy drink,try it and enjoy.

                                       Rasberry Smoothie

                               rasberry Smoothee 2

  1. 1/2 Cup Raspberries(fresh/frozen)
  2. 1/2 Cup Maongo slices(remove the skin,fresh/frozen)
  3. 1/2 cup Plain yogurt
  4. 1 cup Milk
  5. 4 tsp Honey/Sugar(choose your choice)
  6. 1 tsp vannila essence

1.In a blender add the all the ingredients except milk and blend it smooth.
2.Add ice cubes at last,if you are using the fresh fruits.
3.Now add the remaining milk or as much as required to get the desired consistency.
