Chicken Manchurian is recipe that is Indo-Chinese Fusion foods.I did more curious adventures in learning this recipe and Gobi Munchurian from my childhood.I started to practice the Gopi Muchurian recipe and I had a small great achievement it in my 14 years old.
2 Chicken Breasts;deboned,skinless,cut into bite-sized pieces
50 gms oil for pan frying
1/2 cup All Purpose flour
¼ cup red onions;diced into a small cube
1/4 cup Green Pepper;diced into small cube
1 Tbsp garlic;coarsely chopped
2-3 green chilies finely chopped
Marinade and Sauce Making
Marinade : soy sauce,rice wine vinegar
Coating:
corn starch powder
salt
1/2 tsp pepper powder
2 tsp.chili powder
turmeric(optional)
Sauce:
¼ cup light soy sauce
¼ cup tomato ketchup
2 tsp Thai Garlic Chilli sauce
2 Tbsp plain white vinegar
Garnish:
5 springs cilantro, finely chopped
1/2 spring oinion;finely chopped

Nowadays, I enjoy making Chicken Manchurian as well as Gobi Manchurian for my Hubby and my little princess.So, rather than deep frying in oil, here I have tried it using shallow-pan-fried in a little bit of oil.
THE MAKING PART

- Take a bowl,add the marinade ingredients+chicken pieces, marinade for about 20 minutes.
- combine the coating ingredients and keep it in a separate bowl.
- Remove the marinade chicken pieces from the marinade,sprinkle some all-purpose flour and with coating ingredients(corn starch,salt,pepper,chillipowder,turmeric powder) then toss well to coat all the pieces.
- Heat about 2-3 tab.spoon oil in a shallow pan.
- Add the pieces to the hot oil(150 c) and cook turning sides till chicken is fully cooked on all sides and remove fried chicken in a bowl and keep handy till sauce is done.
- In the same pan, after removing the chicken,Remove the excess oil if more than 2 tsp.add the diced onion,garlic,capsicum,fry a bit(semi cook) and then add all the sauce ingredients, stir-well,adjust according to your taste.
- Allow the sauce to simmer a bit until it thicken.
- Add the fried chicken on the pan and just mix till it well coated with each other.then only you can get the crispy and juicy.That means,just allow the sauce to coat it.
- garnish with fresh chopped cilantro+spring onion and serve warm with fluffy Rice and Roti,Naan,Chapathi.
