I was thinking that corn recipe is quite difficult in making time since i was in weekend. One such weekend,my husband helped to make this corn salad in a jiffy. I was very surprised to see in his cooking art and its really came very well and had a nice weekend dinner.
THE MAKING PART Serves 2
1 cup Corn;Fresh/frozen
1 cup Peas;Fresh/Frozen
2 semi Ripe Tomatoes, chopped finely
2 Basil leaves;chopped
2 tsp olive oil
Salt Pepper
Cilantro;finely chopped
START,CAMERA,ACTION
- Heat the saucepan,Boil 2 cups of water,add Salt +peas+Corn.cover the pan with the closing lid and simmer till corn and peas are cooked well.
- Heat oil in an another pan,Add basil leaves and mix.stir fry it for a while until the you feel aromatic flavours.
- Add the tomatoes,fry it for few minutes till it turned into smashy texture.
- Add the cooked corn, peas.salt,pepper, stir fry it and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with Tacos,chapathis,Rotis,Bread,Garlic Cheese Bread.
