- 200 ml Natural Yogurt
- 4 tbsp water
- 1 small onion;finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Mint sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
Fresh Mint
- To make the Mint Raitha,place the yougurt in a bowl and whisk with a fork.
- Gradually add the water,whisking well.
- Add the Onion,Mint Sauce and salt and blend together.
- Garnish with Mint.
