Mint Raita | Step By Step Making Photos

Hai Friends,try this simple and jiffy Recipe,can be a perfect and healthy side-kick for any kind of meal like Rice,Fritters,Breads and also as a sandwich.

                                  Mint Raitha

ingredients iconTHE MAKING PART
  • 200 ml Natural Yogurt
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 1 small onion;finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Mint sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
pound iconGarnish

Fresh Mint

  • To make the Mint Raitha,place the yougurt in a bowl and whisk with a fork.
  • Gradually add the water,whisking well.
  • Add the Onion,Mint Sauce and salt and blend together.
  • Garnish with Mint.
