Prawn salad as well replace by the shrimp also.This recipe can be served as the best brunch with the croissant,sandwich,frsh toasted Garlic Cheese Bread.
THE MAKING PART
1 C Prawn/Shrimp;peeled,deveined,cooked
1/2C Celery;finely chopped
1 spring Shredded lettuse
1/2C Green Onion;chopped finely
1/2C Celery;finely chopped

1/2C Green Onion;chopped finely
DRESSING
1/3 cup French Dressing
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup whipped cream
1/2 tsp. Lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Salt and pepper to taste
START,CAMERA,ACTION
- Take the Large sized bowl, add and mix all the dressing ingredients until it is blended well.
- Add the chopped celery,green onion,lettuce and combine.
- Add the cooked shrimp and mix well.
- Close the bowl using plastic wrapper/closing lid and store in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
- Restore the salad from the refrigerator and stir well before serving.
- Serve as chill with Toasted Bread as sandwich,Tacos,croissant.
