The creamy,aromatic,healthy fresh green spinach soup recipe tastes yummy that can be good idea to serve for the kids,who hate to eat the vegetables and greens.
THE MAKING PART
1/4 cup boiling water
2 cup spinach(choose fresh one)
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. all purpose flour
3 cups cream milk
2 tsp.double crem(garnishing)
1 tsp. salt
3 nos.nutmeg(grated finely)
1 tsp soup seasoning powder(chicken/vegetable stock powder)

Cook onion in butter and stir in flour,cook until it forms the foamy texture.

Heat the sauce pan,pour the less than the required amount of water,allow it boil.
Add cleaned,roughly cut,washed twice,drained and let stand until spinach is heated through for a minute.
GRIND
Drainout the spinach Put in blender on medium speed until finely chopped.
Cook onion in butter and stir in flour,cook until it forms the foamy texture.
Add milk, stir until soup is thick. Add spinach, salt and seasoning powder.
Let stand about 10 minutes,scoop into a soup bowl and drizzle some fresh double cream and decorate with mint leaves on the top before serving.
