Instant Milk Mawa is also named as Khoya which plays the major role(Ingredient) for making all kinds of a Indian Sweets /Mithai.Milk khoya/mawa is purely made from the fresh Cow/Buffalo milk(3 litres will give you the 2-3 cups of fresh mawa).But it will be a longer process of simmering and stirring the milk,also you have to keep patience to finish the task.so I was exploring to find the exact short-cut without loosing the real taste of mawa/Khoya... THE MAKING PART
14 oz / 1 can condensed/Evaporated Milk( choose Nestle or F&N )
2 cups Nestle Milk Powder
1 stick (50 gm)Butter

Step 1
Heat the nonstick heavy bottomed pan,add the Condensed milk with butter,stir continuously until it reduce into semi-solid liquid(should be under very low flame).
Step 2
Add the Milk Powder,Stir well with the mixture for 2-3 minutes.It will form like a koya/mawa.Transfer it to the clean bowl,after it reduced like a thick kova,blend it thoroughly.
Step 3
