Milk Halwa / Palkova /Milk cake /Milk Fudge /Dhoodh Fudge / Thrattu Pal is a Indian Traditional Sweet meat,that will be in all occasions celebrated by the Indians.I'm posting this Recipe for my Big B's(Brother-in Law) Birthday celebrated on last month on this date.I'm sure,You will feel after tasting this 5 Ingredient recipe as exactly taste as Srivilliputhur Store Bought Palkova in Tamil Nadu.

THE MAKING PART
1 Tablespoon - Dutch Lady Full Cream Milk Powder
1 Tablespoon - Sugar
1 Tablespoon - Ghee (Indian Ghee)
11/2 Tablespoon - Full Cream Milk
Add all the Ingredients and Mix well in a Microwave safe Bowl and microwave under medium power.
Stop and check the microwave at every 20 seconds,mixing it gently and Microwave the bowl again for another 20 seconds.
You will see the grainy texture after 50 seconds,thats it,allow it to cool.
