Dry Gobi 65(Dry Cauliflower Fry) is the simple,spicy deep fried cauliflower florets that suitable for evening snack or with serving a sidedish for the Indian Traditional Lunch meal like Sambhar,Vegetable Biryani,simple Toor Dhal Dhadka,Jeera Rice,Tomato Rice

   20 Fresh Cauliflower Florets(cut into small pieces,half boil for 2 minutes,drain it,save)
   3 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
   4 tsp Red chilli powder
   2 tsp rice flour
   2 tsp corn flour powder
   1 1/2 tsp Bengal gram/chick pea flour
   Salt to taste

Step 1

  Collect all the Ingredients.Half boil the cauliflower for about 2        minutes,drainout the water and save it in a bowl.
Step 2

  In a large sized bowl,add the caouliflower florets,add all the coating Ingredients and blend it well.

Step 3

    Close the bowl with the lid just for about 5 minutes to marinade.(don't keep longer time to marinade,otherwise it will not come more crispy)

Step 4

    Yeah we are in the Final Step,Heat the vegetable oil to medium level for 5 minutes,slightly reduce the flame and then start to fry,transfer it to tissue paper and finally to the serving plate with sliced lime.Enjoy.
