Chilli Paneer,Indian Recipe

Pink Soup...Soy Beetroot Soup

    Soy beetroot soup is colourful and your eyes will pull to taste it. I love to serve it for any festivals.It has an good taste and aroma that can be served as cold. Collect the Ingredients 2 Beetroots;washed well,peeled and grated coarsely 2 cups water 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 2 tbs. sugar 2 tsp lemon juice 1/2 cup soy cream 1 cinnamon 2 nutmeg Start,Action,Camera Heat the pan,add grated beetroots,salt,pepper,sugar,water. Cook the beetroots are become soft  and for about 1/2 hour. In a bowl,transfer the boiled beetroots in a bowl and allow it to cool. In a Blender/mixer,add  a cinnamon in  boiled  beetroot into a Puree and put it through a sieve for extra smooth. Add the Soy cream,lime juice before serving.
