Chilli Paneer,Indian Recipe

Chilli Paneer is the Innovative and aromatic version of Indian Recipe and also Chinese Cuisine,made it by purely Indian Cottage cheese.I have posted the Making of Paneer with step by step guide ,please check this link before preparing the chilli paneer.This simple dish is the best served with Roti,Pulkas,Chapathi and try my all time favorite recipe and plz make me your comment.                        What do You Need...Ready? 100 gms Paneer(Indian cottage cheese),cut the panner into small cubes,fry it with 2 tsp butter till it turns into golden brown color and keep it aside in a bowl. 1 large sized white Onion; diced 1/2 Green Bell Pepper;diced 1/2 Red Bell Pepper;diced 1 Tomato(ripe one);Finley Chopped 2 Green Chilli;slitted into a vertical shape. 2 tsp cooking oil 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp spices powder(garam Masala) 1/4 tsp Ajinomoto 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp red Chilli Sauce 1 tsp chilli tomato Sauce 1 tsp Soya Sauce(ligtht)                               

Pink Soup...Soy Beetroot Soup

    Soy beetroot soup is colourful and your eyes will pull to taste it. I love to serve it for any festivals.It has an good taste and aroma that can be served as cold. Collect the Ingredients 2 Beetroots;washed well,peeled and grated coarsely 2 cups water 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 2 tbs. sugar 2 tsp lemon juice 1/2 cup soy cream 1 cinnamon 2 nutmeg Start,Action,Camera Heat the pan,add grated beetroots,salt,pepper,sugar,water. Cook the beetroots are become soft  and for about 1/2 hour. In a bowl,transfer the boiled beetroots in a bowl and allow it to cool. In a Blender/mixer,add  a cinnamon in  boiled  beetroot into a Puree and put it through a sieve for extra smooth. Add the Soy cream,lime juice before serving. Chinese Garlic Chicken Wings

This is the version of Chinese style of Garlic Chicken wings,Malaysian's and chinese Favourite snak.                        Collect the Ingredients                                                       5 Chicken Wings;with skin Cooking Oil for frying 2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste 2 tbsp All purpose Flour (Maida) 2 tbsp Corn flour 2 Eggs (finely beaten) 1/4 tsp Pepper / Chili Powder A pinch of sugar Salt to taste 1 tbsp Soya Sauce                                             Start,Camera,Action VISUAL RECIPE                       In a bowl add Soya sauce, ginger-garlic paste, sugar. Coat the mixed ingredients on the chicken wings and keep it aside atleast for 1/2 hour. In a Bowl,Make a smooth batter by adding corn flour, all purpose flour, salt, pepper and beated eggs. Chinese Fried Rice

This is my Own Style of Chinese Fried Rice,tried lots of time at my home.I think You also love this colourful,also very tasty rice.                                     Collect Your Ingredients 2 cups cooked rice;cook like each rice grain's should be seperated 1 bunch spring onion; finely sliced 100 grams carrots; finely chopped 1 Green Bell pepper(capsicum);slice like a small cubes 1 celery stick;finely chopped 50 gms French Beans; finely chopped ½ cup Green Peas; semi cooked ½ cup small shrimp;stir fried 1 tsp soya sauce 1\2 tsp ajinomoto powder 2 tsp Cooking oil 1 tsp ghee Salt to taste Sugar to taste Visual Recipe                     Garnish 2 Green chillies; finely chopped; soaked in vinegar 2 tsp Thai Chilli sauce(serve)                                            Start,Action,Camera 1. Egg Vindaloo

Egg Vindaloo is one of the famous Indian traditional Recipes.This recipe is made by boiled eggs in a spicy,but tasty gravy.                               What do you Need? 5 Boiled eggs 2 Onions;finely chopped 4 Dried Red chilies 4 pods Garlic 1’’Ginger ½ tsp Cumin seeds 1 Cinnamon 1 tsp Garam masala powder ¾ Vinegar / 1 lime Juice 1 tsp Sugar 2 ½ tsp Ghee. Salt to taste                                        Grind          Pound the required amount of Red chilies, garlic, ginger and cumin seeds with a little vinegar. Add some salt. I oftenly call it as yellow rice.My mom used to make a lunch for my school and college days.my friends will easily indentify my coriander pulav aroma and my lunchbox remain empty before my lunch break.
