What do You Need...Ready?
- 100 gms Paneer(Indian cottage cheese),cut the panner into small cubes,fry it with 2 tsp butter till it turns into golden brown color and keep it aside in a bowl.
- 1 large sized white Onion; diced
- 1/2 Green Bell Pepper;diced
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper;diced
- 1 Tomato(ripe one);Finley Chopped
- 2 Green Chilli;slitted into a vertical shape.
- 2 tsp cooking oil
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp spices powder(garam Masala)
- 1/4 tsp Ajinomoto
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp red Chilli Sauce
- 1 tsp chilli tomato Sauce
- 1 tsp Soya Sauce(ligtht)

Start,Action,Camera:
1.Slice the panner into small cubes,fry it with 2 tsp butter till it turns into golden brown color and keep it aside in a bowl.
2.Heat the pan with the cooking oil,add chopped onion,tomatoes,green chillies and fry them well.
3.Now add already fried panner cubes in the pan,blend it well.Add the spices powder and all sauces and little bit salt,stir it well.
4.Take another pan,add some oil,add diced green and red bell pepper,make them shallow fry,add some salt and pepper.now add it to the panner fry.
5..Garnish with fresh corriander and spring onion and serve hot with Roti,Naan,chapathi,pulkas.
