Strawberry Vanilla Smoothie | for Kids

Today I am sharing the good and good for kid’s energy drink, yes it’s a Strawberry Milk Shake, has Vitamin(C) rich drink. I have tried with fresh strawberries bought from the cold storage and its came very nice.                                        THE MAKING PART 2 cups vanilla ice cream; beaten 1 cup milk 1/2 Plain fat free yougurt 1/2 cup Fresh/frozen strawberries   ROLL 'N ENJOY Serves 2 Take the blender, add the hand whisked vanilla ice cream, yougurt,milk and fresh/frozen strawberries roll it for just 10 to 15 seconds until smooth and creamy texture. Tomato Rice

Hai my foodie visitors,today I have posted a nice,simple but more delicious rice variety,Tomato Rice learnt from my mom.This is my childhood fav.recipe.Tomato rice with crispy plantain roast , chicken Tikka , Tandoori chicken are the best side-kick for the recipe.                   THE MAKING PART 2 cup(300 gms) Basmathi Rice 3 tab.spoon Butter 3 tsp cooking oil 2 Large Sized Onion;finely chopped 3 Ripe Large Tomatoes;finely chopped 1 cinnamon 2 Bay Leaves 3 cardomom 1/2 C Mint Leaves;finley chopped 1/2 C Cilantro/parsley Leaves;finley chopped 5 Green chillies;finley chopped 2 Dry Red chillies;finley chopped 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder 1 tsp salt to taste 11/2 cups water   POUND/GRIND 2 pods Garlic,1/2"Ginger crush well.   START,CAMERA,ACTION  Gentle Wash the Basmathi Rice for twice in a cold water,soak in the water for 10 minutes.  Heat the Pressure cooker,add the butter and cooking oil,add the green chillies,dry red chillies,all spices,chopped o

Easy Corn Salad

I was thinking that corn recipe is quite difficult in making time since i was in weekend. One such weekend,my husband helped to make this corn salad in a jiffy. I was very surprised to see in his cooking art and its really came very well and had a nice weekend dinner.                     THE MAKING PART Serves 2 1 cup Corn;Fresh/frozen 1 cup Peas;Fresh/Frozen 2 semi Ripe Tomatoes, chopped finely 2 Basil leaves;chopped 2 tsp olive oil Salt Pepper Cilantro;finely chopped START,CAMERA,ACTION Heat the saucepan,Boil 2 cups of water,add Salt +peas+Corn.cover the pan with the closing lid and simmer till corn and peas are cooked well. Heat oil in an another pan,Add basil leaves and mix.stir fry it for a while until the you feel aromatic flavours. Add the tomatoes,fry it for few minutes till it turned into smashy texture. Add the cooked corn, peas.salt,pepper, stir fry it and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve hot with Tacos,chapathis,Rotis,Bread,Garlic Cheese Bread.

Aubergine Raita | Recipe Making Photos

Aubergine Raita is the unique version of This and That Recipe.This is similar like Cucumber Raita , Mint Raita .                         THE MAKING PART 1 Aubergine 1 tsp salt 1 onion,finely chopped 2 fresh green chillies;finely chopped 200 ml Natural yougurt 3 tsp water START,CAMERA,ACTION                      Rinse the Aubergine,Remove and discard the top end and chop the rest into small pieces. Boil the aubergine in a sauce pan of water until soft and mushy. Drain and transfer to a serving bowl,then add the salt,onion and green chillies,mixing well. Shrimp/Prawn Salad Recipe

Plantain is the very simple,also delicious to eat.It can be cooked quickly and it surely be a good accompained with Rice and sambhar.I have tried with crushed ginger,garlic with grated coconut for the toping.                                       THE MAKING PART 2 Plantain;peel off skin,cut into small cirlces 1 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Grated Fresh Coconut POUND/GRIND 2 Garlic;crushed 1" sized Ginger;crushed                               START,ACTION,CAMERA Peel off the plantain skin(green in color),cut into small nice circles. Heat the two table spoon of cooking oil in the fry pan,add the plantain,fry in a moderate heat for 2 minutes. Flip the plantain,add salt and crushed garlic,ginger,red chilli powder,garam/spices powder. Reduce the heat,set as simmer,gently flip the plantain for 5 minutes. Chicken Manchurian is recipe that is Indo-Chinese Fusion foods.I did more curious adventures in learning this recipe and Gobi Munchurian from my childhood.I started to practice the Gopi Muchurian recipe and I had a small great achievement it in my 14 years old.                     Nowadays, I enjoy making Chicken Manchurian as well as Gobi Manchurian for my Hubby and my little princess.So, rather than deep frying in oil, here I have tried it using shallow-pan-fried in a little bit of oil.
