Hai This is my updated version of simple Broccoli with goat cheese soup,which I posted before.I have tried with the fresh chicken stock and it is sharpen with creamy taste nicely.Try this simple soup recipe and make me your comment.
                           
THE MAKING PART 
1 stalk celery, chopped (optional)
2 tab.spoon Chicken Stock
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 bunch broccoli, cut into small pieces
3 tbsp. butter
3 tab.spoon Thick Cream
1 c. onion, finely chopped

1 c. onion, finely chopped
- Melt butter in large saucepan. Cook onions, garlic, and celery for about 5 minutes.
 - Add broccoli and chicken stock water + 1/2 cup water.
 - Cook, covered for 15 minutes, until the broccoli is tender.
 - Add cream,stir until soup is well blended.Keep simmer until it is thicken.
 - Don't overboil the soup,when you serving it.
