Instant/Easy Idly podi is the spicy flavorful podi can be best served with Idly and Dosas. I was surprised to see its preparation time and taste accompanied with idly.
Instant Garlic Idly Podi
Collect the Ingredients
1. 10 pods Garlic cloves
2. 3 tsp. Red Chili powder
3. 4 tsp. Gingerly oil
4. 1/4 tsp. Tamarind paste
5. 1 tsp. Salt
Crush and blend it
1. Take the mortar hand crush tool, crush the garlic with chili powder, salt, tamirand paste.
2. Save it in a glass /air tight container, add gingerly oil and blend it well.
3. You can save this podi in a refrigerator.
TIP HOUzz:
If you want to save this podi for a week means, fry the ingredients with the same tsp. of gingelly oil, after you crush it.
