Spicy Masala Papad is a Indian tasty starter which we can see on the top of the Indian Bistro Menu Card.This is the Jiffy time Recipe and needs too simple, papad and some fresh crunchy vegetables, tangy lemon juice, chili powder makes it one of the most eye-catching and healthy appetizer for evening tummy grumble :> and also for the Guest.
There are many kinds of papad are available at stores like Masala papad, Thick Papad, plain papad, garlic papad (give flavor to is up to you :)
2 large size Papad(choose your flavor)
1 Onion;finely chopped
1 Tomato ;finely chopped
½ Cucumber;finely chopped
1 Green chilly;finely chopped
few Cilantro leaves;finely chopped
¼ tsp Fresh Lemon juice /Dry Mango(Amchur) powder
¼ spoon Chilly powder
¼ tsp Chaat Masala powder
Salt to taste
1 Onion;finely chopped
1 Tomato ;finely chopped
½ Cucumber;finely chopped
1 Green chilly;finely chopped
few Cilantro leaves;finely chopped
¼ tsp Fresh Lemon juice /Dry Mango(Amchur) powder
¼ spoon Chilly powder
¼ tsp Chaat Masala powder
Salt to taste
Microwave the raw papad on high for a minute or you can roast it on the direct flame using a Gas (Should be careful while you roast it) and keep them aside. Direct Roast gives more flavor since it slightly burnt on its edges.
Take a Bowl, add all the chopped onion, tomatoes, cucumber, green chili, and cilantro and mix them together.
Sprinkle some lemon juice, salt, chilly powder, mix well.
