Mixed vegetable Upma is the Indian Traditional and healthy version of recipe.It is very simple and quick to make.The preparation time is just 15 minutes only(If you are ready with your Ingredients).

THE MAKING PART
1 cup Semolina/Sooji/Rava
2 cups Water
3-5 cooking Oil/Refined Oil
3 tsp Ghee
1/2 Red Onion;finely chopped
1 tomato;finely chopped
1/2 tsp. Ginger;finely chopped
1/2 cup Mixed Vegetables; finely chopped carrot, fresh green peas, beans)
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
Seasoning1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/4 tsp Urud Dal - 1/2 tsp
2 Green Chilli;finely chopped
few curry leaves
Garnish
Coriander leaves - to garnish
1 tsp Ghee
START,ACTION,CAMERA
Take a pan,add 1 tsp. of ghee,1 tsp of oil,add the semolina fry on a low flame till it turns light golden brown and transfer it into the bowl. This step is very important.
Take the cook pan,heat the 3 tsp of oil,fry the seasoning ingredients wait till mustard seeds popsout.then add garlic,onion,tomates,fry for 2 minutes.
Add all the vegetables,turmeric powder,salt,cook the vegetables till it turn soft.
Pour the water,bring it to rolling boil.
Now Pour the fried semolina gradually and stir continuously.add some salt if you want.
Reduce the flame to dry out the water completely.add some ghee and oil and blend them well to get fine aroma and texture.
Garnish it with corriander leaves and Serve it with hot.
