- 1 cup Low fat natural yogurt;chilled
- 1 cup Low fat milk,chilled
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- ¾ cup Mango Slices(Fresh/frozen)
- 1/4 cup fresh cocunt milk / 2 tsp.coconut powder / 2 drops coconut essence
- 1.Take a Blender,process all the ingredients untill smooth.
2.Serve it as chilled in a glass.
