Hai Friends,my today's post,Aloo Tandoori will surley make you to cherish with your family as an Helathy,also tasty Appiteizer.This recipe is made with small yogurt marinated potatoes with spicy blend which is very simpler also easy to prepare it.
10 small Baby potatoes
7 tsp Tandoori masala Powder/paste (or tandoori masala)
1 tbsp Olive Oil
7 tsp Tandoori masala Powder/paste (or tandoori masala)
1 tbsp Olive Oil
5 pods Garlic;minced finely
6 tbsp yogurt (thick)
1 tsp turmeric
salt to taste6 tbsp yogurt (thick)

Fresh coriander;finely chopped
1. Clean,wash,peel off the skin and slice the potatoes into half.
2. Semi cook/boil the potatoes with some tumeric+salt and then drain out the excess water.
3. Allow them to cool for a minute,prick the potatoes in all parts with fork.
4. Take a bowl,add all the marinade ingredients with chopped corriander,blend them gently with hands or big slotted spoon.
6. Leave to marinade for atleast 1/2 to 1 hour.
TIP and Note:
This Recipe should be marinated for the best results to be left to marinade for atleat 1 hour before preparing.This recipe can used to prepare the preheated oven / grill pan in normal tabletop stove.Once marinated for the best result cook in a preheated hot oven in a roasting tray covered or alternatively under a grill for a clay oven-baked taste.1. Layer the marinated potatoes on the roast tray with excess Spread the potatoes in the roasting marinade andcover it.
2. Preheat the oven and then Bake/roast the marinade potatoes until cooked by fliping them at once.
3.After cooked,Garnish with lemon wedges,Peas Pulao,Pilao Rice and serve with mint chutney/tamirand sauce/Tomato ketchup.post your queries to havigaya@gmail.com
