Ghee is the main key of each every delicious recipes in Indian Cuisine.It gives more delicacy,also more taste and aroma to the recipes.Ghee helps to stimulate the stomach acids secretion which is for better digestion.But the milk solids like solid Butter and other Oils will reduce the digestive process in our body.Ghee is rich with antioxidants and anti-viral properties that helps to Strenghten the Immune system,cure the Mouth and stomach ulcers,constipation,healthy skin and eyes(vitamin E).Also ghee helps the children for better digestion,good memory retention,promote to learn more.
2 cups butter
- Take the Heavy bottomed sauce pan,add the butter and allow to melt it over medium heat.
- When the salted butter melts,reduce the flame to low and let it brown,for about 10 minutes,until the you get the bubbling sounds.
- Wait until
the bubbling sound subsides and it will start foaming at the top. The liquid becomes transparent,clear,golden brown in color with nice aroma. This indicates that you have done the Perfect making of ghee.
- Do not let them burn. Remove from the heat and cool.
- Skim the foam from the surface and carefully drain the ghee into a cleaned glass jar, leaving the solids behind.
- Always use clean, dry spoon when using ghee in recipes and there is no need to keep it in a refrigerator.
