Hai Bloggies,Today I have tried a Mushroom kadai at Home and it comes very well.I used a exact amount of the ingredients(my mom's recipe) as given as a part below with my making steps photo.

THE MAKING PART
1 cup Mushrooms(Baby/Button mushroom);wash well;sliced
1 large Onion;finely chopped
2 large Tomatoes;finely chopped
2 Green chillies;finely chopped
2 tab.spoon Butter
1 tsp cooking oil
2 cinnomon stick
2 cardomom
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp All spices Powder
1/4 tsp. Turmeric powder
1/2 cup cocunut milk/2 table spoon coconut powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp Chilly powder
POUND/GRIND
Pound the 2 pods of Garlic and 2" ginger well.

Pound the 2 pods of Garlic and 2" ginger well.
1. Wash and slice mushrooms nicely.
2. Heat the pan,add butter,oil and add turmeric,spicesand onions. Fry until soft.
3. Add the sliced tomatoes,gingergarlic paste and cook for 3 minutes,stir well until it smashed.
4. Add the mushrooms,add all the powder ingredients,cocunut milk,salt cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
5. Remove cover and dry out all the water.
6. Serve hot with pulkas,chapathi,Naan.
