1 cup cooked rice(Basmathi)
1 tsp. salt or to taste
5 No Green chillies;Sliced in lenghtwise
3 springs Cilantro/coriander leaves;finely chopped
1 tbsp. oil
2 tabsp.ghee
1 Onion;finely chopped
1/2 cup Fresh Peas/pod
1/2 tsp. cumin seeds
1 tsp. salt or to taste
2 no.garlic;mice it well
Cook the Rice :Take 1 cup of Basmathi Rice,wash twice with cold water,soak in a water at least for 10 minutes,half cook it and transfer it in a bowl,so that each rice should be separated.
- Heat oil+ghee in a heavy bottomed saucepan and fry the cumin seeds,minced garlic for a minute,add the onion,green chillies and fresh peas,salt statue for five minutes in a medium flame.
- Now add the cooked rice,add the freshly chopped cilantro leaves,cover with the lid and cook on medium low heat for 5-6 minutes.
- Serve Hot with Mint chutney,Chicken Tikka,Tomato sauce,Spring Roll.
